We believe that consistency is vital to success. At Davidson Hall - unlike other executive search companies - the consultant you work with from the beginning of the recruitment process will be the same consultant that interviews and shortlists your prospective candidates, draws up a report on each of those candidates and remains in contact with you after the candidate is appointed.

Targeting the right people

We have an idea of the type of organisations currently employing the people you need for your company. Knowing this, after all, is our job.

We also recognise that you may have your own particular preferences on the type of candidates we approach. Through continued dialogue with you, we build an accurate list of exactly who to target, rather than blindly approaching candidates.

Selling you to the candidate

Whilst as a client, you are looking for candidates to prove themselves to you, it is nonetheless important that we can sell you to the candidate.

We work closely with all our clients to ensure that we have the correct knowledge about their company, its culture and prospects. We use this information to draw up a profile document or company “ID”, which provides each candidate with an accurate insight into your company. It also helps us to maintain the enthusiasm of the candidate throughout the process.

Shortlists … appointments … and beyond

Based on your requirements and our considered judgement, we provide you with a shortlist, arrange interviews and provide assistance with your final decision, based on our own extensive research and prior interview process.
